  1. I have always felt real sadness for this 'Lady', as have many I'm sure. She will be remembered as the woman who gave King Bedouin his smile, and brought joy into his life, albeit she was unable to give him the heir he would have wanted.

    Rest in peace Fabiola, you were loved and respected by so many, not only in Belgium, but around the world.
