Norway's crown prince calls education a human right

Norway's Crown Prince Haakon delivered a speech on November 3, 2015 in Paris, France during the 38th session of the UNESCO general conference.

"Education is a fundamental human right… Quality education provides people with the skills, knowledge and values they need to tackle the various challenges they are likely to face in society," the prince said.
