Royal bestsellers: September & October 2015

We have a short bestseller list this time because only two books sold enough copies to make it onto the list. And something else is unusual about this list: The #1 book is an historical novel, although in the past World of Royalty visitors have preferred nonfiction over fiction. Is this the start of a new trend? I guess time will tell…

#1

The Sisters of Versailles: A Novel by Sally Christie. The first book in a trilogy about King Louis XV, France's most "well-beloved" monarch, and the women who shared his bed and his heart.

#2

Tea Fit for a Queen by Historic Royal Palaces. Stories and anecdotes about British royals and their connection to the tradition of afternoon tea, with more than 40 recipes.

This bestseller list is based on sales made through the main Royalty.nu website and the Royal News Blog, which you're reading right now.
