Prince Albert II of Monaco spoke at a press conference on climate change at the United Nations headquarters in New York City yesterday. "I feel that I, as a human being, and even more so as a head of state, have a moral obligation to act to alleviate the suffering of populations," the prince said in a prerecorded video statement for the UN's Summit on Climate Change.
