Prince William sleeps in the street

On December 15, Britain's Prince William and Seyi Obakin, CEO for the Centrepoint charity for homeless people, two slept rough (outdoors) for the night to draw attention to the plight of the homeless. "I hope that by deepening my understanding of the issue, I can help do my bit to help the most vulnerable on our streets," Prince William said.

Note: Centrepoint does not want people linking to its site without permission (yes, I know that's stupid), but if you would like to donate to the charity, you can find it via a search engine.

The reporter in this CBS News video says, "The beaches of St Tropez may be lacking in Euro-trash royalty this summer… European royalty have been quietly told to keep their summer schedules free" so they can attend the rumored wedding of Britain's Prince William.

OK um…"Euro-trash royalty"? Does this reporter realize how many European countries are monarchies? Is it polite or necessary to refer to heads of state and/or their family members as "trash"? Maybe I'm missing something here. Or maybe this reporter is.

Everyone loves Harry

Prince Harry certainly is popular these days. Musician Akon wants to teach him to rap. Daniel Craig — the most recent actor to play James Bond — thinks Harry has "everything it takes" to be the next 007.

Poor Prince William. Doesn't anyone want to hear his mad rhymes or watch him jump out of an airplane without a parachute? Well, at least people still want to meet him.

William and Harry's charity ride

Prince William and Prince Harry are taking part in a 1,000-mile motorbike ride in South Africa to benefit charity, including Harry's own Sentebale organization. (Sorry, the photos and videos originally posted here are no longer available.)
